All work is by appointment only. I shoot for a 2-day turn-around on simple tasks. All parts and accessories will be in addition to any service work. A down payment which will include the total price for any parts that must be ordered is required prior to accepting any service work. I stock a limited supply of strings. You may bring your own strings.
We are not responsible for equipment left over 30 days after repair completion. Unclaimed equipment left for more than 30 days after the completion of the repair will be subject to a $1 per day storage fee for an additional 30 days. If still left unclaimed, the equipment will be sold to recover any repair and storage fee.
